Every Mochi Dolls product is handcrafted with care and inspected before shipment. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we are here to make it right. Please contact us at shoylife1@gmail.com β we aim to respond within 24β48 hours and resolve every issue fairly.
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, without providing any reason, under the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU. This right does not apply to custom-made goods produced to your personal specifications. To exercise this right, please notify us in writing at shoylife1@gmail.com before the withdrawal period expires.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or does not match what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following information:
We will arrange a full replacement or issue a complete refund at no additional cost to you, including coverage of any return shipping costs. We never require you to return a damaged or defective item if we determine the issue is clearly on our end.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent, manufacturing defect, or damage in transit).
We do not offer direct product exchanges at this time, as each item is handcrafted in limited quantities. If you would like a different item, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order separately. We recommend placing the new order first to avoid items selling out.
We ask that you contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We are committed to resolving any issue quickly and fairly. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in your account being flagged and future orders declined.
