Because every doll is handmade, please allow the following processing times before your order ships:
Processing times may be extended during peak seasons (Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day). We will notify you by email if your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe.
Processing time is separate from shipping transit time. Your total delivery time = processing time + transit time.

Free shipping on US domestic orders over $800. All transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 24β48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.
If you do not receive a tracking email within the estimated processing window, please check your spam folder first, then contact us.
We ship to most countries worldwide. Please note the following for international orders:
Please ensure your shipping address is complete, accurate, and formatted correctly for your country before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrectly provided address.
If you realize there is an error in your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us immediately at shoylife1@gmail.com with your order number. We will do our best to update it before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once fulfillment has begun.
If your package has not arrived within a reasonable time beyond the estimated delivery window, please take the following steps:
We will file a claim with the carrier and do our best to locate your package or issue a replacement or refund.
All orders are packaged with protective materials to minimize the risk of transit damage. If your package arrives visibly damaged, please:
We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly. Do not discard the original packaging until we have resolved your claim.
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately if items have different processing times. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment. You will not be charged additional shipping for split shipments.
